Acolytes

Lay Eucharistic Ministers are trained licensed parishioners who take communion from the altar to home/hospital/care facilities' shut-ins as well as serving at worship.

Trained youth & adults who serve at the altar at the two Sunday services, mid-week & special services.

Lectors, Ushers
and Intercessors

Altar Guild

These are parish volunteers who do various types of service. Lectors read the bible lessons at each service. Ushers welcome & help people coming to church services. Intercessors read the "Prayers of the People" at the services.

These women are trained parishioners who work on teams to set up, & clean up before & after each service as well as keeping the altar 'equipment' in 'tip-top' condition.

Endowments and Memorials

Our Newsletter

We have three endowments, The St. Stephen's Episcopal Church Trust Fund, The Jonathan Lee Fuller Campership Fund, & The Van Harreveld Adult Education Fund. There are a variety of ways to give  a memorial too.

'THE WITNESS' is our monthly parish newsletter. In it you can find articles about the youth, Canterbury group, our rector's letter, announcements of up coming events, Our Senior Warden's news, birthdays, & anniversaries of our church family members, interesting articles, & a calendar of the activities of the month.
